Booking Rules 

  1. When booking please be aware that deposits are final & you will not be issued a refund if canceled.

  2.  Scheduled appointments are subject to change or be canceled but you will know at least 24 hours in advance.

  3. If I canceled your appointment I will issue a full refund.

  4. $25 late fee after 25 minutes late . Extra if more time is gone by. If over an hour appointment will be Canceled.  

  5. Please DO NOT BOOK ME if you have an event to attend the day of service. 

  6. All deposits goes towards your service

Can I bring guest with me?

Only customers that are being service are welcome, No Children , No Guest.

 

What if  I need to reschedule?

You are allowed to RESCHEDULE only 2 times!! ( fees may apply after rescheduling more times).

 

Do you travel?

TRAVELING FEE : $80.00

 

What if I do not show at all?

 No SHOW FEE $25 & You Will be Blocked from rescheduling again , you will NOT be Charged if You Cancel within 24 hours before your appointment.

I am confused about my hair style?

Please know exactly what you want before booking.

 

 

How do I make an Exchange/Return?

When paying in full for your appointment I also will not be responsible for issuing you a refund if canceled

 

When do you need my hair to color?

I will need your hair 3-7 days before your appointment date.

 

 

Do you charge for shampoo services?

All shampoo services are $15.

What kind of hair do I need for my quick weave?

Visso, Mylk, Empire, Onyx, and any other yaki human hair, NO BUNDLE HAIR IS USED FOR QUICK WEAVE BOBS OR I WILL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
